Here at Bleach Hair Spa we have some policies in place as follows:

Patch Tests:  All colour services require a patch test 48 hours (minimum) before your booked appointment. Feel free to drop in any time for a patch test as long as it is at least 48 hours prior to your booked appointment.

Deposit:  All services over €50 require a 50% deposit prior to your appointment. The card used to pay for your deposit will be saved on file. 

Cancellations:  Any cancellations within 24 hours will lead to a 50% charge for the service you have booked. All no shows will result in a 100% charge for the service. If you need to cancel your appointment feel free to contact us at 045  831 051. Reoccurring (2+) cancellations may result in an upfront cost charge when booking your next appointment. 

Time:  Due to some of our more transformative services, we may run slightly over the time that is slotted for the appointment. Please allocate enough time in your day due to this. We ask all clients to arrive on time for their appointments as we have the right to refuse late services. If we are running behind on any services we will let you know in due course.

Salon Etiquette:  We have the right to refuse service on excessively dirty hair. Very greasy hair or hair with coloured spray (Root touch up, etc) can also be refused service. Any hair with infestation will be immediately refused.
